Straight answers
Do I have to learn any new software?
No. I set it up and run it. You get a text when something needs you, and a one-page report each month.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
Me, Mike. One person, local, with a phone number you can call. No call center and no ticket queue.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Big builds are yours when they're done: the site, the domain and the files. A domain usually runs about $10 a year.
Can I pay for a big build over time?
Yes. Every build of $1,200 or more can be paid monthly over 12 months. A website is $200 a month. Pay in full up front instead and you save about 8%, so a website is $2,200 instead of $2,400.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You add me as a manager on Google, Facebook and the rest, so you stay the owner and can remove me any time.
Is there a contract? How do I cancel?
Monthly plans start with three months, so the fixes have time to show results. After that it's month to month. Cancel by text, email, or the contact form below (pick "Cancel a monthly service"). I confirm in writing within 5 business days.
What's the free fix?
